Noteworthy

Noteworthy
I placed the finishing touches on project #49 today! We had to scrounge up a shady place for pictures because there is so much snow on the ground here it is extremely bright outside. Our selected photo spot used to be a Lofthouse Cookie warehouse, apparently it's not anymore. Oops. =)

My current favorite quilting, random wavy lines.
This quilt was made for my friend's grandma-in-law. She's undergoing cancer treatments and my friend's family wanted to give her something to comfort her. Noteworthy by Sweetwater is the perfect line!

I used variegated thread for the quilting.
The quilt finished at 58" x 71". I used a fabric from an older Sweetwater line, Make Life, for the backing, because the colors were similar, and a piece of Aneela Hoey's Sew Stitchy line for the binding.

Handwritten label to save time and get it to it's owner ASAP.
It says: "May this quilt warm your body with a hug, and comfort your soul with love."
