#ScrappyTripAlong Fabric Swap!!! {FULL}

If you're anything like me you've been drooling over all the the pretty blocks people have been cranking out for the #scrappytripalong (check it out on Flickr, click the link, or on Instagram to see all the fun. and follow me on Instagram @happierthanabird) and lamenting your very sad stash. That's why I ended up doing mine with solids:
Baby Boy solid scrappytripalong
So I'm hosting a fabric swap, all of the details are below, as well as the sign up. To participate you MUST fill out the form. The Flickr group for the swap can be found right here. Please tell your friends!!

All the gory details:

Sign up for #ScrappyTripAlong Fabric Strip Swap.
Sign ups are open through Jan 25 (though may close earlier if interest is overwhelming). You may sign up for more than one slot, if you wish to do so, please fill out the form the number of times you want to participate - 2 times for 2 slots, 4 times for 4 slots. If you sign up for multiple slots multiply the number of slots you signed up for by 28 to determine the amount of strips you'll send in {ie 4 x 28 = 112 strips}.:"
Shipping deadline is Feb 8 - unless you request an extension because you are awaiting an order. We want to get these turned around ASAP!

We will be swapping 2.5" x 16" strips. Each participant will send in 28 strips. (If you are buying fabric for the swap you can cut {14} 2.5" strips from 1 yard of fabric, and you get {2} 2.5" x 16" segments from one 2.5" x WOF strip = {28} 2.5" x 16" strips). Your 28 strips can all be the same, or they can all be different, or 2 different fabrics or 3, etc. The variety you send in is up to you, but you'll receive a variety of strips back.
Quality, Quilt Shop quality fabric are a MUST. Fresh, modern, happy colors are a plus (for example don't send Civil War Reproductions or woodsy cabin prints). You can pull from your stash or you can buy new, but please select pretty pretty fabrics you love and you think others will love too. Please don't use the swap as an opportunity to rid yourself of not so pretty fabric ;) Print or solids, whatever floats your boat. DO NOT PRE-WASH. If you are pulling from your stash, please try and select fabrics that have not been pre-washed.

SWAP IS FULL!

  3. Can I suggest that we send 17 inch strips so that we have room to square up?
    Thanks so much for organizing this swap :).
