I've been busily working on my Halloween quilt (and maybe starting my Weekender bag), it's been basted and is about halfway quilted. Hopefully I can show you some finished pics before the end of the week, but in the meantime.
I will show you how I made the wedges and lay it out on Wednesday as part of the Wicked Blog Hop.
I took a break from Saturday sewing to take a trip to the pumpkin patch with my family. It is impossible to get a good photo of 2 busy girls, but I did manage one good one, and I love it so much I want to share. I had hopes of cute fall/halloween outfits, but K is obsessed with all things polka dot (she's been known to wear her polka dot leggins, with a polka dot shirt and her polka dot sweater), and it's extremely difficult to get B out of her Diego shirt and shoes. I have to burry the Diego shirts in the dirty laundry, because she sees them on the top she'll grab them and try and put them on, even when they are covered with beans (her other most favorite thing). (I'm starting B with potty training today - I think I may have to reward her with some Diego under roos.)
Back to potty training - and quilting.
Too cute -- both the girls and the quilt!
ReplyDeleteYour quilt is beautiful - and girls are so sweet!

Your Halloween quilt is fabulous! Love the colors and the design too. Those 2 cute little ones on the truck next to the pumpkins are precious.
